Inguinal Hernia Surgery in Guadalajara, Mexico
Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with mesh placement. Performed by Dr. Alejandro López — minimally invasive technique, low recurrence rate, fast recovery.
If you notice a bulge in your groin that appears with strain or coughing, do not delay. Elective surgery is safer than emergency repair after complications.

What is laparoscopic hernia repair?
Inguinal hernia is the protrusion of tissue (usually intestine or fat) through a weak point in the abdominal wall, in the groin area.
The laparoscopic TEP/TAPP technique uses 3 small incisions to repair the hernia and place a polypropylene mesh that reinforces the groin area. Less than 2% recurrence rate. Ideal for bilateral hernias (we repair both in one surgery). Day surgery or 24h stay. Return to office work in 1-2 weeks.
